Carbide Saw Manufacturing

Peninsula Saw manufactures carbide blades in-house with blank plates from Peerless America; we then solder carbide tips that will work best in our customer’s application. We are capable of manufacturing blades up to 60” in diameter and for any applications, such as ferrous and nonferrous automotive, aerospace, metals, wood, plastics and fibreglass. We also offer a TiN (titanium nitride) and TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride) coating that allows the blade to withstand high temperatures, resist wear and act as a lubricant.
